I have a few 1991 Z28 questions

Hey guys! Been a while since I've posted. I've been busy with school and work and fixing up the 'ol Camaro.

I recently got the fuel tank pulled, cleaned/sand blasted, and coated in rust resistant stuff(not sure on the name). I also got a high performance fuel pump installed 255LPH, and a brand new sending unit. I got it back a few days ago and I'm noticing only a little difference in start up, idle, and cruise. I'm also very displeased with the way they had to get my tank out, they had to cut my exhaust. They welded it back on of course, but now my left exhaust tip is higher than my right. That probably pisses me off more than anything else. Is their any way I could fix that on my own? If not then I'm bringing it back and demanding they fix it, I noticed it right away when I picked it up. But when I floor that thing, good god, never have I felt so amazed by what this thing can do :grinyes:

So yeah, I was disappointed when I got it back and my issues were still not fixed. Start up is fairly better, one or two cranks to get it going, but the idle has been hesitant and putting it into reverse or drive makes it bog a little bit but never stall. I have yet to get the fuel pressure regulator replaced or the injectors looked at. It feels like it's not getting enough fuel, even with that hefty fuel pump.

Also, it tends to over heat fairly quickly. I have my left fan where it is always on, and my right fan when the A/C kicks on. I've also noticed one of my rubber hoses going into the thermostat jacket is fairly bloated. After about 2 minutes to 5 minutes of running that rubber hose is scolding hot and temperature is at about 180-190. I'll have to get the internals of the radiator looked at and the thermostat replaced with a new 180 degree stat.

Now after the update on everything, I am looking at new suspension parts and was wondering where you guys think I should get my parts or if I can get them individually for cheaper. Like brand, year, location, price, everything.

As of right now, after a look over from my mechanic, only the front suspension needs to be replaced. My front tires are balding terribly because of it and their is the random/rare occurrence where my right tire bounces as I apply heavy braking or drive over a pothole at around 40 to 50mph.

My mechanic gave me a list on what I need:
Center link
Idler arm
Inner/outer tie rods
Rear Pinon Seal
Front Sway Bars
Steering pump
Gear box(F41)
Rear Shocks are okay, but he says if I can find them cheap, GET THEM. Might as well since i'm getting new front suspension.
Their is one item that I can't really read however, "Sticts (F41) ACDelco only" I'm not entirely sure what this could be, maybe you guys know.

I would like a majority of this stuff to be ACDelco or Summit maybe, because of a little mishap with other companies i'd rather not have that happen again. And yes I know i'm going to be paying a lot for ACDelco parts. Then again, if you want to help me out and list what deals you find, GREAT! I need all the help I can get.

ALSO!, soon I'll be doing interior. I found a quote for a leather kit(no foam) for the camaro, it's going to run me about 1600. I heard it's the same thing as restoring the seats individually, I just need to find the foam. If you have any specialists that you take your car to for interior, please let me know, money is tight. I live in Sarasota, Florida so if you're around here and know of someone, let me know.

Thanks in advance guys!
