Air Conditioning stops when car is stopped - 2001 GTP

Hi. Recently my 2001 GTP's A/C stopped blowing cold air when the vehicle not in motion. It blows ice cold air when the car is in motion, but when sitting idle at a stop light/stop sign, sitting in park, etc., the air gets warm and has a very humid feel to it. About 5-10 seconds after the car has been put in motion, the cold air comes back and the humid feel is gone. Has anyone experienced this before? Thanks!
