Vous front wiper motor

I just bought a 03 CXL - I previously had an 02 CXL a few yrs back and really liked it. I have been doing a bit of tinkering with it and fixing certain things. Now I have discovered the front wiper motor is slugish and slow. I tested the main power input to make sure it is getting a full 12 volts and it is. So given that I have a wiper motor shipping to me this week. However I have never changed one out in the Vous; does anyone have any experience with this - maybe offer some tips in this task?

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks
Dave
