great update Sandro - what putty do you use to fill on the swing-arm? "miliput"? please include lots of pictures for this build and if you make a Top Studio chain please do a tutorial with all the steps showing how and what you use to build the chains. lastly where did you get the resin "airbox" and "snorkel" in the first picture? Thanks Sandro - good start - John

John, I'm not sure I understand your question :nono:, but as the wires they already comes with the top studio kit.

Balance and finished frame.

Here the balance with just the brake caliper.

Now I tried to do something different, like theoretically the motorcycle is off, the instrument panel should not appear the numbers, then picked up a transparency projector used for retro and painted one side, so the panel is off.

The kit TopN Studio, asks as reference to paint the panel the XF-26, but found it very dark, there did some testing and got the desired color.

Which size of carbon decals did you use ? 1/20?

Thanks Sandro - I gave you a big thanks for remembering my request - I know many others would like to see the chain tutorial too - I can get the first half of the chain assembled, but when I have the first half assembled and I try to turn it over it falls apart even when very careful - the chain assembly is very frustrating in my opinion, but you have had great success - I commend you on that skill

Thanks to all friends for the kind words.

Octane, on the inner fairings I used carbon fibers (Studio27 FP002) without straight line, ie squared in this case cut several pieces because almost no seams appear.

After a long period without posting because I am still awaiting the arrival of a new pack of decals, to fix a problem in side fairings, I decided to make a table for motorcycle, only to leave the show more enjoyable.

First, I bought a piece of stainless steel, 0.8 mm, sanded a bit, and I also bought bars of aluminum to make the structure of the table.

http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m36/sandroass/Yamaha%20YZR-M1%20Ben%20Spies/DSCN5059_zps66b9d3f8.jpg

Starting to put structures

http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m36/sandroass/Yamaha%20YZR-M1%20Ben%20Spies/DSCN5062_zps85fa223d.jpg

Now ready, had the idea of painting it black semi gloss, and some do appear to wear the aluminum, but I think I'll leave anyway, it was cool.

After a long time without posting, go to a small update. Fairing ready, the only difficulty was with the decal number 11, which was bigger, pulled a thread of 1 mm vertically of each number 1, and 2mm pulled horizontally, the result was very good.
