Coolant in exhaust

I have A late 94 G10 Metro.
It started to have a loss of power (boggy) on my way home from work I pulled into a parking lot it was idling rough. I shut it off when i tried to restart it it wouldn't crank over all the way at first it would start to then lockup. After i got it restarted it runs rough and i have Coolant in exhaust.

Got the car new in 94 and it has never been overheated.

I did a rebuild on it in 2008 (30 to 40K on it now) i used new head bolts proper torque and apex brand gasket set.

I think it must be the head gasket. ( have not tore into it yet )

Has anyone had one go bad that soon or are apex gaskets junk?

Any other things it could be?

Thanks, w00dy

Never used Apex gaskets. Maybe the head or deck surface was less than perfect?

Woody do a COMPRESSION CHECK ON IT. I never used that gasket either. I use FELPRO.

A bad or plugged catalytic converter cold lead up to a bad Head or head gasket.

Thanks,
I'm going to pull the head off in a few days after i do a compression check hopefully the leak will be obvious.
I will check the cat allso.

should be able to tell by looking at the plugs and see what cyl is leaking but yes it sounds like a head gasket. make sure you get new bolts when you replace the gasket

Here's the ONLY head gasket to use:

I've had a few cars that have had that problem. I used a gasket goop that was an aviation gasket sealer. It's clear but looks like it has copper dust in it. Always worked on hard to fix gasket problems. I don't bother using anything else after having used that a couple times. YMMV

Did a Compression test this is what I got.
Cylinder 1 = 195
Cylinder 2 = 210 wet with coolant*
Cylinder 3 = 200

I pulled the head off and found that the gasket had turned to some kind of silver mush.
So I ordered the head gasket that Woodie83 suggested.

Thanks to everyone who replyed.
