where to find this odd part--94z28

was trying to look under that panel on top of dash which forward of airbags between window and dash (has the defrost vents in it). forgot that it had been in sun for so long when i pried on it to pop it off it shattered into many pieces. dealer wants ~$300+ for new one but i saw one at an online site for ~249 (incl shipping) a few weeks ago but lost the link.

anyone ever replace one of these? Its the width of the car and about 18 inches wide; sits just under where front windshield comes down to car (interior).

any tips appreciated.
