My 96 LaSabre directional signals won't flash. However, the hazard lights do. Are there two flashers on this model, or only one? JiffyLube tried different light bulbs but that didn't work.
Is it necessary to replace the steering column directional signal switch? Help!

Yes, there are two flashers. The hazard flasher is mounted on/near the steering column, you should be able to hear it and feel it to find it. The turn signal flasher attatched to the sound insulator panel under the left side dash. Should be a little round aluminum/tin looking piece.

Thanks for your information. I took the car in and my mechanic put in an extra loud flasher for about $20.00
