vacuum leak on a 2001 buick regal

ive got codes for a vacuum leak and have not been able to find one.my intake manifolds are leaking could this be the cause of my codes? any ideas?

codes are p0108 p0420 p0131 p1441

Map sensor high readings, looks like a bad o2, what has been done to the car, what engine, why do you think it is a vacuum leak? 420 is cat efficiency which can be caused by a bad o2 in ft of the cat.
