oil in spark plug hole

I have a 91 corolla 1.6 5 speed. There is oil in one of the spark plugs and its covering the entire bottom of the spark plug, which is also making the car sputter as it runs. I'm told the seals are bad? If so, what kind of seal is this? Where is it located inside the engine exactly? If not, what else could it be?

It's probably time for new spark plug boss seals, valve stem seals, and valve cover gaskets.

You might be able to design a condom type seal for the cylinder/plug that's bad.

Do you have to take apart the head? And get at the springs with a spring compressor and stuff?

NO-

''In the car valve stem seal replacement''
Rope, or compressed air is used to hold the valves up.
TDC on each cylinder under valve stem seal replacement works too.
