4x4, Quad Cab, 78,000 miles. Any suggestions would be great. Had the transmission rebuilt, no help, had the governor sensor and solenoid replaced, no help. Had the muffler changed to a magnaflow, helped a little then changed the intake air system to a airaid system with throttle spacer, helped a little. Thinking about a performance chip, but so many out there don't know which one to get!!! Superchip, Gforce, Jet Line, etc etc etc... is it even worth getting a chip??? PLEASE HELP :shakehead

Might want to look at the catalytic converters to see if they are plugged. I have seen them fall apart inside and chunks of the honeycomb will get pushed back, by the exhaust flow, and block the exhaust. Hope this helps.

If you have loss of power, you need to repair the issue 1st. Adding a chip is only going to make things worse.
Start with basic checks or maintenance such as spark plugs, ignition wires, or look for pending codes in the system. Just because a check engine light is not on, doesn't necessarily mean there are no issues.
