Rear view mirror and radio lose power

I have a 2004 view that all of the sudden has intermittent loss of power to the rear view mirror and the radio. The radio is and aftermarket head unit but has been working fine for over a year. Ive checked the fuses for the radio. I dont know how the rear view mirror is incorporated into the cicuit. Any ideas?

They share the Radio(ign) 10amp fuse, is it ok?

The fuse looks ok.
Now when I first start the car the radio and rear view have no power then eventually come on after 30secs to a minute.
