According to the seller, it has 500 miles on the engine and 40k miles on the body.

They are selling it for 9.5k. Is this clone any different from an ordinary one besides authenticity?

Look at the car, the clone issue is not important, receipts for the claimed work, under carriage inspection, road test, paint and body work inspection, this will determine the value.
