2002 Hyundai Accent Cranks but no start

i have a 2002 Accent and it will crank all day but wont start. it suspect it dosent have any gas in it but the owner is adamant that its not out of gas. If there are any known no start issues with this car, any and all info is GREATLY appreciated. thanks guys for any and all help
