AC blows warm, I got 513, 4F7, 4F8, 4FA error codes

My Passat 03 wagon slowly lost it's coolness This year it's almost just warm, last year was a bit better. What to do, what to do. Strauss Auto in Philly charges 120 for system test and refill. Bad deal, good deal? Thank you!
