I have a Lincoln LS 2000 model with around 140,000. The problem I have been having is with a small miss and sputter. The miss occurs at and idle and show no engine lite. So I can't ready any codes? I have replaced the three coil packs that are easier to get to but have not had the time to replace the other three. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the forum!
Even if the Check Engine Light (CEL) has not come on, there could be pending codes which might help identify if the misfire is on a particular cylinder. It's certainly worth a try if you have access to a scan tool (rather than just a code reader).
Have you read the other threads here regarding the common causes of misfires on the LS V6?

Did you also replace those three spark plugs? If not, you may be killing one or more of the new coils.
Replace all six spark plugs and the other three coils. While you have the top half of the intake off, replace the PCV valve and the elbow it attaches to.
