Caliper Honing question - do I or dont I?

Caliper has 47,000 miles. If the passenger front caliper was mounted the discolorization (scoring?) is from about 11 oclock to 3 oclock. It starts at the center of cylinder and goes back to edge closer to bleeder. Meaning away from O ring. I can barely feel it with my finger nail meaning it stills feels smooth with no visible grooves or pitting. But if it is operating at say 90% under this minimal wear and honing it will bring it back to 100% I would like someone to tell me that so I know I should do it. Thanks Guys.

wait, the caliper bore has a "score" in it, where the piston/seal rides on?

best & safest bet is to replace the caliper unless you know how to rebuild them yourself
