Hey dave, I got a stock teg as far as suspension goes, I was gonna drop mine 2.0 in front and back with the R1 Coilovers

I bought a set of skunk 2 coilovers and i had the spinners as low as they would go. my stock front end can not clear speed bumbs. If you have not already bought the springs i would go with coilovers that is just my opionion.

I recommend lowering it until the wheels touch the ground. It drives better that way.

I'd say no more than 2" front and back like Chase95gsr said. I don't know why Skunk2 would sell springs that lower the back more than in the front, but if this is true don't get them. Integra's look best equally lowered.
