Clock Spring: Who has the best price

I need to replace this on my 02 ls for the second time. I am trying to get the best price on the part. So far the best I can find is $153 on Auto Parts cheaper. Do anyone else know of a place I can find it cheaper. Any suggestions are appreciated.
