is there a way to find out when you registered relative to other people? cause i remember registering on this forum a while back, then leaving it for a LOOONG time.

You can look at the member list (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/memberlist.php?s=), but it's in alphabetical order.

But, at the top of the page, you can List by Date Joined (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/memberlist.php?s=&what=datejoined), and then you'll just have to find yourself in the chronological order.

Edit: I'm on page 176. :flash: I joined 6 days after primera man.

I'm on page 181 of 193 (193 being the first people joined). I joined 2 days before Yogs.

How'd you get that stat though? I worked it out, and us 3 plus DVS and g$ (the top 5 posters) only account for 6% of the total posts...which is still a damn lot considering the amount of total posts!

Er...nope, I did. I divided the total posts by the top 5's posts, not the other way around. Us 5 belong to 16.6973862% of AF's posts.

I prefer to think that AF hasn't grown enough to fit us yet. ;)

last november there was 193 pages...now there is 912!!!
Looks like AF has really taken off in the last few months.

and now there is a lot more members, and i bet if u put the top 5 posters now together they would account for almost 20% i think, i have noteven been here a month and i cant stop going on here i almost have 500 posts inless than a month i guess im a little bit of a post whore eh

i figured it out the top 5 posters: primera man, jay@af, kicker 1 solo, joyride, and gang$tarr have a total of 35,665 posts between them
and with a total site post stat of 499,883 if u divide that then the top 5 posters have a total of 12.61413150147203140333660451423

and there is now 33,261 registered members

in dat joined i am on page 72 out of 1074 pages, cus i joined june 16 02
and for posts (including posts added from Purehonda.com) i am on page 31 with 490

neither can i, and i only signed up a couple of months ago. it def wasnt advertising tho cos im European, you guys are all in the US.

I remember coming across it in January. I was in computer communications class at school. I was just discovering ConceptCarz.com, and somehow, I either found a link here, or else, searching google, I came here. I found something I wanted to post, registered, and kept coming back, even though there was almost no action on the boards still. Now I am making a comeback after 6 long months of hellish school:cool:

well i would guess whoever posts lets say maybe anywhere from 10-25 a month or something like that will be considered active, but thats justmy guess

There are quite a few registered names that have a zero post count. I think we can safely say that they are not active members.
