Hi fellows. Doing my racing porsches in the following WIP

http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=969421

I realized that I would needs several real TK (also 'cos I addes few other Gr4 911 to the initial poker..)..... so I setted up it for me and who like the subject....

The TK is intended for virtually ANY FUJIMI 911, even the curbside ones, outsurce services are manufacturing resin and metal parts, as well as PE right now. Let me show some preview shots and than I'll add some other details about decals and timing.

http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c159/gionc/DSC_0099.jpg

orange outlined parts are intended 2X, blue 4X

http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c159/gionc/DSC_0107.jpg

http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c159/gionc/DSC_0111.jpg

Gotti and EtaBeta rims are done by 4 parts: 2 white metal spoke parts (inside+outside wall), the black resin tyre and a PE ring simulated the bolts.

Several PE and metal parts are dedicated to the aspirated engine

http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c159/gionc/DSC_0103.jpg

Do not mind about webers: you'll use just the manifold, and build the injection trumpets with WM and PE parts, and feed 'em wth a great mech. pump..... sslurrrppp....

http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c159/gionc/DSC_0109.jpg

http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c159/gionc/DSC_0108.jpg

OK: let me add few details

TK haven't a decal sheet: it is intended to be used with the ESSO S27 decals sheet. However I decided to produce few ALPS decals sheets on demand, they are 3 kinds:

http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c159/gionc/DSC_0110.jpg

- Montecarlo ESSO ALPS sheet, for who meet troubles purchasing the S27 set (being rare)

- BOSS Montecarlo sheet
http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c159/gionc/000021.jpg

- Busseni/Bassi 1000 Miglia RICARD sheet
http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c159/gionc/TR_1982_PORSCHE_16_1.jpg

SO: TK is sold without decals, but buying it you'll order one or more decals sets printed with ALPS, I got a small stock of each and if I go out of stock I'll get in few days. Busseni/Bassi decal set has kind rims (spokes) also.

TIMING: first TKs would be shipped around December's 10, before then I'll add details about the price and give announcement that sales are open.

Pictures of real subjects used just for discussion usages.

You can definitely count me in for one of the transkits as I have had a set of S27 Esso decals for a long time. I've just been waiting on a good transkit or a lot of time on my own.

That almost looks like the ESCI 934 body. Nice transkit.

Looks like, Tom, since is the same car, but not same model: you'll see that the ESCI body shell is quite wide (3-4 mm +) and can't fit on the Fujimi chassis: the choice was to work on the more cheap/available/good base: Esci body shell it is also wrong in few points (different front and rear spoiler.....) but my mainly motivation is that the Fuji let you to achieve a full detail racer ;)

@Roman: yes matt black resin, we used it on the scuderia R5 and it is very good: it wouldn't get troubles after years and as last... it is cheap ;)

Thanks guys, I'll keep you informed.

this looks great!

while I don't really need the full T/K i'd give a part of my anatomy to have a few of those lower front bumper parts...I've got a few fujimi 911's that could def. look better with it!

Like I answered to several PM I'll probaby receive the very first casts in few days, probably tomorrow: immediatly I'll show the material here. Than I guess I need about a week/ten days before to be able to accept orders/payments and send out the first TKs, meanwhyle we (me and artisans) improoved a bit the product with, for example, rubber tyres: it was one of the comment you guys left, and few PE improovments.

Stay tuned, so!

I guess this time I must do a rushing WIP, I sold all my RB26 engine without build a single skyline..... this is not fun.. :D

Like promised the very first production's SC, I got a few to test parts and to do instruction's sheet: I'm quite pleased, the quality overtaken my dreams... and I'm critic...

gottė rims

eta beta rims

optional seat

http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c159/gionc/DSC_0376.jpg

rubber tyres got bubbles in the inner (those not in view) side: since resin (black pigmented resin) tyres are perfect in both sides I'll offers the coice: at the order anyone may do the choice between rubber and resin tyres, model configuration (different rims and seat for busseni bassi) and optional decals

Maybe we can make a deal, since I'm only interested in the body and front spoiler?
Have you got an idea of the cost from the transkit?

Regards,

I have finally same news: today a friend is keeping my master from the caster, that is far from my facility, I?m spoking with several new casting services for my next projects, and as well for the 911 TK that got a 1/10 production or less than what I preventivated.

The 911 would be in production very soon and better printed, may be with some resin part more, and quite less metal, but quality would be those I expected for myself also. Meantime I'll have the few spares for the couple customers are waiting a replacement, stay tuned.

Joka: it's a unuseful complication those of sell parts of a kit... I ever answered not, let me see how I can do: may be I'll gift a body shell with quality problems, but I can't promise nothing right now: I sold my personal kits also so I have nothing in home now.
