2002 venture misfire/white smoke

I have a 2002 venture, ~196K miles on it, and is in good shape. My issue is i got a P0301 (cyl. 1 misfire detected) along with a P0131 (already took care of it). I checked under hood for loose wires, etc. and cleared codes and see if it will happen again. Well it did, this time it started loosing some power, white smoke coming out exaust pipe, and started hesitating. Got it towed home, checked oil dipstick, has some hint of antifreeze in it, the throttle body also has what looks like oil/antifreeze in it. I started tearing it down and thought I should see if I can get some input on what it might be. Pulled out #1 plug, it looks a little wet, I did a new plug and wire job NOV. 07 at 135K. . I replaced the intake gaskets JAN. 09 at154K.(used FELPRO brand). I'm your do it your selfer mechanic, if I have the tools (or I can rent them). Any input on what I might be getting into would be greatly appreciated.

Intake gaskets or a head gasket. Get the intake off and look at the intake gaskets, if ok pull the suspect cyl. head.

It sounds to me like typical symptoms for a blown head gasket, or possible cracked head but let's not hope for that.

I agree - been there, done that.

I agree with the others, sounds like head gasket to me.
