hi all,
the service guide just says installation is the reverse of removal, but i have alignment concerns. my first try had the glass all bound up, tilted would describe it best. should i rivet in the glass then the regulator assembly?
background: window would work intermittently- like the brushes lost contact. ford redesigned the assembly so i couldn't just replace just the motor. got the new regulator installed, wiring pigtail, and slotted forward attachment bolt.
this will be my second time and i don't want to drill out rivets a third time. TIA
