The first thought I have is you have 2 of the 4 wires crossed. On a 4 cylinder, that can make a huge difference. Double check your work there. Then if that's good, you need to find the cylinder or cylinders that aren't firing. You can get to the 2 3 and 4 plugs fairly easily. If you pull the plug wires off and push them back on enough to make contact but not snap on, start the engine to make sure you have what you had before with bad performance. Now you can carefully, preferably with some rubber covered handled pliers, pull the wires off 1 at a time and see which wires are keeping you running. If it dyes or gets worse when you pull a wire, that cylinder is working. When you find the cylinder that's not working, check the plug to make sure you didn't crack it on install and make sure the wire is good. If you still have the old wires you could swap one back in to verify. good luck and let us know what you find.
