I recently purchased a 97 blazer. No engine codes, but i was going to hook up my scan gauge II tool to see how all the sensors were working. Well the OBD II port dont work. I get an error message. The scan gauge tool works fine in my other vehicles. Any ideas?

Cirgatte lighter fuse was blown. Apparently the OBDII gets its power from there.
