Any check engine lights or codes? Does it miss at idle or on the road or both? dennisjudd 10-31-2011, 03:11 PM it does not miss at an idle just when i am driving down the road. the only code it has is a cat. converter code bank one but my converter has been removed. could it be a timing chain issue? Removing cat is illegal. And also causes a lot of problms. Might even be causing you engine miss. If it is missing it should also set a code for engine miss. dennisjudd 10-31-2011, 06:11 PM the cat has been gone for 3 or 4 years i didn't start having any problems till this past winter....
