What shud I use to remove Honda blue coolant

I don't know for sure, but since coolant, and therefore the dye used within, are water soluble, I'd think it shouldn't be too difficult. It may be soaked into the underlying layer though, so don't be surprised if it keeps coming back as it soaks through.
Me, I'd try warm water from a dripping wet towel/rag, scrub a bit and soak the area, then suck it up with a wet/dry vac to remove the water and dye. It works for other things like cola, coffee, etc...just don't be surprised if it keeps surfacing after drying and you have to do a couple of rounds of it before you get it all floated out....
