06 Elantra Weird Security Problem

Okay, here's what is happening. My friend's car needed a jump this morning, that went fine, no problems at all. But now, my 06 Elantra wont start. The battery is fine, I've checked it, so I know it's not dead. I can lock and unlock it remotely, and arm the alarm, but I believe the security system in it thinks for some reason the car is being stolen and is cutting power to the starter. I put the key in and turn it to start the car, and nothing happens. No clicking. Nothing. I've tried locking the car, setting the alarm, disarming it, nothing seems to work. (Edit:) Also, when I try to start it, then everything shuts down. I have to open the driver side door, hit the manual lock, and that somehow resets it so I can at least remotely lock/unlock/arm the thing again. Dunno if that helps. What do I do? If you need any further information to help me, please let me know and I will tell you what I can.
