I have posted on other fourms with this problem still have not found the problem. When this problem started i was driving the van and could get it to start now it wont run just fires and stalls. I replaced spark plugs, coil, cap and rotor, map sensor, crank and camshaft sensors, had the pcm bench tested at computer exchange in florida checks fine. All my injectors fire also I change fuel pump mod in tank, cat conv is not plugged. Only code I ever get was P0351, all test show both wires and coil is fine. TPS is with in range and working. I have fuel and spark this engine should run. When I crank it over it sounds timing is retarded because its starting to flood. If i unplug injectors it turns over normal. I have checked things over what am I missing? I did have an old pcm I plugged in and the van ran great so I thought that was it turns out it wasnt and started messing up again. That lead me to believe a bad connection or ground but I have been all over the connections numerous times.

Have you done a compression test?
Did you spray starting fluid or carb cleaner in the throttle body to see if it will start?

yes, Fuel pressure is fine and injectors work. Compression is fine too.

Okay, then I guess it's safe to say that this issue is being caused by an electrical failure and not a mechanical one.

The big clue here is that the engine ran great for a while when you swapped the PCM. To that conclusion, I say the problem is going to be with the connectors plugging into the PCM.

I have been over and over that connector...lol all test and things I have replaced are turning up ok. I have spark to each plug and inj is working. This engine should run. Timing is on and compression is well over 120. ADS is working properly. I had it running for a few minutes and it ran like crap seemed to be getting to much fuel to me but thatsnot the case here its electrical no doubt but the wiring is fine to everything no breaks or cuts, I have not replaced the plug wires yet or coil wire. Just doing things now because second guessing myself. The coil on this van (the first one that I changed at first) looked like it had been on fire. It was cracked on the botoom white hot marks all over it and the metal bands that wrapped around it were swollen rusty and broken. Was in really bad shape. Dont know if it was the problem or something shot a problem to it. Ive been to 3 repair shopes who all say this van should run.
