97 PA 3.8L multi-switch turn signal replacement

Hi Everyone,
Has anyone out there had to replace the turn signal stem, along with wiper and cruise control switch? I think mine is going bad. The wipers are sporadic and the cruise has stopped working. Turn signals still work, but I just want to be ready if this thing totally goes bad. I was thinking of going to a "pull it yourself" junk yard and getting the part. Any ideas?

The multifunction switch just pulls straight out. However, an electrical connector must be disconnected as well. You do have to pull quite hard, so don't be alarmed as to how hard you have to pull.
