What is the technique used to break in a new set of both front pads and rotors.
Has new calipers also.

Usually about 20-25 medium stops is what is recommended to get pads worn to the rotors. Let them cool though after every few stops for a few minutes.

at what mph.60 down to 15? when firmly braking strong.

so its ok to come to complete stop or do i need to try to avoid complete stops due to heat
