i really like to buy this car.. but i cant seem to find any dealer that sell this car in USA...

The answer is no.
Peugeot have been absent from the USA since the early 1990's- There is no places that will officially distribute them- which is a shame because they really are gorgeous cars- better than most American offerings for sure.
However Peugeot look like they could be returning to the US around about 2007- but with the 4O7 Coupe- the 4O6's replacement

Alas it's very difficult to buy a current Peugeot in the USA now. Indeed, in 2007 it would be possible.
Otherwise, you could buy a 406 Coupé in Europe or in South America and import it in the USA but you'll certainly have to modify it a little bit when you'll meet the customs. Ask to your customs if there is many modifications to make on this car. ;)
