Any brand name muffler will do the job. Get recommendations from friends about nearby shops. I have used Midas, but they're not the only ones. Each shop differs, so try and get a recommendation about a specific shop, Midas or not.

Well, they are highly recommended, but expensive and not necessarily worth the money. If you plan on keeping the car for 13 more years, then a Toyota muffler would be you best bet.

I don't have any opnion on brands of mufflers. Just get one that claims to be an exact replacement. Assuming you have a 4 cylinder, I have heard that a Camry V6 muffler will filt and give you a few extra hp. FWIW
