After replacing my Alternator, car ran fine for 2 days. Then I began to lose power being left on the side of the road again. The battery check out good so I had the Alternator checked again it's good. Once I get the car started feels normal but after driving for a short time It begins to hesitate. I lose power & my speed-odometer drops out to O while I'm driving on the highway. I make it down the road 3 or 4 miles then it dies. Not sure what to check next! Any suggestions?

First off, get one of these:

And use it It should tell you exactly what you need to know. If I had to guess you get a crap rebuilt alternator from Autozone / Pep Boys /Advance Auto, or some similar such place. Either that or a new alternator that was made in China. If you want a good replacement alternator, try NAPA rebuilds or the junkyard.

I would begin by trying to pull codes with an OBD II code scanner. You probably have a bunch of codes but it's a good place to start. You can buy an OBD II scanner pretty cheap nowadays and they are usually very helpful. You shuld be able to pull codes with or without the car running.

Welcome to AF!!

I think you are looking in the wrong place. Unless the battery is going completely dead and you have to recharge each time I don't think the alternator and battery are the issue. Even if you lose the alternator the car will continue to run until the battery goes dead. If the car is stalling then you need to look at either the fuel system, or the electrical system relating to the ignition circuits. You may have a bad coil that is losing ground and causing it to miss or you may have a bad ground on the system that is causing the issue.
