Engine light on help! Altima 98 GLE

Hello guys!
I have a 98 Altima GLE about 130k miles. Recently the engine light keeps on and off. Went to Autozone to get the codes as P0325 (knock sensor 1 circuit band 1 or single cylinder), P0440 (EVAP small leak/no flow condition) and P1448 (EVAP canister vent control valvle (open)).
It is a pretty clean car and i oil change it regularly. Feel this car not good at accelerating at all, it feels like tired when i try to speed up and merge into high way.
Like this car and am not able to afford a younger one. Please help. What would you about this engine light thing? I worry that I might damage this car totally if I just keep ignoring this engine light thing. I rely on it to commute almost daily about 50 miles a day.

Have you tried to check the coolant. Maybe its because of over heating.
