2000 ram van 2500 with the 5.9 wasn't starting and had "no bus" on the odometer, I found a thread that said to check for 5v at the reference wire at the tps and disconnect various other sensors to find a short. During the "no bus" there is always 5v at the tps and there is no spark. The van eventually started and ran great for a few minutes than started running bad and stalling and threw code p0351 for the ignition coil, then again the van wouldn't start with "no bus", then it would eventually start again and the p0351 code would be gone even though I did nothing to clear the codes, this whole cycle happened a few times. In the tread I found the ignition coil was not listed as a possible cause for the "no bus" issue. Anyone have any idea whats going on here? The first time it started there was code p1491 for the radiator fan relay, but I couldn't find any blown fuses and the code never came back. Thanks for any help

The 'no bus' message is a good indicator that the PCM is shot.

CARDONE is a good option for getting a replacement PCM. Just verify your VIN with then to match exactly.

Now, if it's not the PCM, the other issues are shorted wires to the PCM and the ignition coil (happened to my van once).
