i have a 2000 dodge carvan i just recently go my brakes and my tie rod end changed... now when i am driving it sounds like something it scrapping or squeaking against my passanger side wheel... i dont know if something was not tightened right or i dont know if it caould be something with my rotor.... and only does it when i am driving when i put my brakes on it stops.... if anyone has anyone knows feel free to fill me in thanks

Sounds like what my 02 is doing on the driver's side. I'm pretty sure it is the wheel bearing getting ready to go out on my van, something you should have checked on yours. Does the noise change with speed and when you turn the wheels?

Only way to determine the problem is to pull the wheel and have a look see. I would take it back to whoever did the brakes.
