My car would just die randomly while driving. I would still have radio and dash instruments, but no power steering or A/C. BTW, my car has 163K and runs strong.

This seems to be a common problem for the make/model. What fixed mine was a $50 ignition switch. It runs under the steering column and into the backside (left) of the ignition module (where the key inserts). I found the instructions somewhere on this forum, good luck!

i think you are right it is a comon problem in this model
