97 s10 2.2 noise

is sounds like exhaust leak but i replace all the seals. and no luck. i block the exaust to see if the sound changed and nothing. is sounds like its from the oild pan but it sound like an exaust leak. any ideas on what else it could be? it been doing it for years and now trying to sell it.
