I have a 2003 Chevy Venture that has the most annoying and embarracing squealing noise. This noise is loud and happens randomly. It last about a minute and seems to happen more when it has rained. The chevy garage has recently replaced the starter because it decided to die on me and of course they could not find the squealing noise. Any suggestions?

Maybe it's your serpentine belt. When's the last time it's been changed? If it's fairly new, you might have a pulley that's getting hard to turn.
