Car is a 1992 Camry 4 Cylinder. It sat for a few weeks and was taken in for an oil change, a few weeks later it sounded like someone switched the petrol engine for a diesel engine.

I'm thinking it's a rod or really really really really bad piston slap. We haven't run the car long enough to see if the sound goes away when warmed up. It's my uncles car, he's probably going to get rid of it, but I just wanted to see what others think it might be.
