2001 vw jetta 2.0 a/c doesnt work

a/c compressor has r134 refrigerant no leaks blows hot air doesnt kick on the compressor.to blow cold air. need help thank you

You likely need a new compressor get one at a junk yard and have it installed. Thats exactly what happend to mine. Same year.
