I'd like to make something a little more personal for my old man for hsi birthday this year rather than buying bits he will never use but hoard instead.
I was wondering does anyone know if the following kits are in existence?
Austin 1100 i think its called.
Mini Clubman ( somewhere around late 70's)
Ford Sierra 1600l
or just a tdi mk4 golf?
i scour the net and think why couldnt he have had one car i could bloody find :)
If anyone can point me in the direction of any of these that would be great.
Thank you.

Airtrax do a resin transkit (the Tamiya Mini Cooper kit is needed as a donor) for a BMC 1100 / 1300 (http://www.aronline.co.uk/index.htm?ado16indexf.htm). I think it's the MG version, but could easily be altered into an Austin. Details for Airtrax here (http://www.viragohobby.se/product/?CT=1|6|223). I have another link that has photos of much of their work, but it's saved on another computer, so will post it up later.
I don't know of a specific Mini Clubman kit, but shouldn't be too difficult to convert a regular Tamiya Mini. The Sierra was available as an XR4i, but again, could be converted.

Tamiya made a Mk4 Golf V5. It is unfortunately deleted, but you may be able to find one on Ebay.

I have a feeling it will be a big challenge tracking these down.
Ebay seems to be empty in these areas.
