what do all these buttons do?

the ones with the dots are for programming to a garage door opener or gate opener. the rest control the display on the screen there, mpg, drive till empty, compass, temp, etc

well houses around here(nice ones) have 3 car garages, some people have power gates so 3 isnt unreasonable.
