Hey everybody, Im going to make this short as I can.

What works:
Brake Lights come on, Low and High beam lights come on, Parking brake lights come on.

What Doesn't work:
No Turn signals work, the lights on the dash don't even flash.
Emergency Flashers Don't work

What I've done:
Replaced Flasher Relay and E Flasher relay
Replaced Bulbs
Replaced Fuse
Taken the switch apart and manually made the connection and nothing, also used rubbing alcohol to clean the connections off.

Seems the switch is damaged (e flasher button is missing) i believe this may be the problem, but i cant be sure when i made the connection that it was all that was needed.

----------

Also I have found that under the steering wheel, under the dash (behind the E-Brake release) is a few wiring harnesses (plugs) that connect to nothing, and i cant seem to find where they go. Any idea what these are for? And if so, is this a problem?

Thanks all!!

T/S circuits go through the 4 way switch, it is available separately and it just pushes in.
This link explains how to replace it and also includes the part number: http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=595263

The vacant connectors under the dash might be for factory options that the vehicle is not equipped with, fog lights, etc etc.

Sorry the one thing I forgot to mention is that the hole where that installs to is damaged. I removed the core that that button you mentioned and found that the slot is heavily damaged and bent, there is no way that the button would even make contact. I did make sure that theres no shorts and or breaks in the circuit, but I cant be 100% sure without a proper wiring schematic for the switch.
