sunroof mod

has anyone done the one-touch sunroof mod? i tried, and the wiring is correct,(i'm an aircraft avionics tech..i can read directions and schematics,) but for some reason it wont open all the way. it closed from full open, open tilted, and closed from tilted, but wont open full again. i'm stumped, just lookin for any ideas. thanks.
