make up my mind

ok a friend of mine is about to be running about 13 flat, and I'm about to build up my civic hatch. But I can't diside what I'm gonna drop in it, but I gotta run atleast low 13's .And of coarse money is kinda tight but I can get 3000 and maybe more I was thinking ls/vtec or b20/vtech but I can't make up my mind so if you got any good deas that would help me cheaply please give me your 2 cents worth

k are u going to be doing the swap yourself or are u going to have a shop do it ?

myself if it is bolt in but I don't have the tools to fabricate and cut and weld
