Is the price reasonable for this 2004 Civic?

I am thinking of buying a 2004 Civic. I drove it for 30 mins, and felt no problem with the engine. It is nice overally. But the car 's brake pad need to be replaced, and its CD rom does not work.

The seller also said she never changed the timing belt at all (current mileage is 112K).

It has 2 accident records, one in front bumper (replaced) and one at the rear. Both are minor to moderate, no damage to the engine

She asked for 5K3, which is KBB price for fair condition.

Is the price reasonable for this Civic?

What is probably the fair price for this car?

Please advise!

Thanks a lot.

Depends on your market area.

Personally, I think that is to high. KBB for fair? What's KBB for poor, it needs work, it's been in accidents that you probably are not getting the full extent of the info on.

I think that's a bit high also. Between the timing belt job, brakes, & cd player that should be at least $1000 deducted.

I say high also for that amount of mileage and history. I wouldn't pay more than 3500-4k for that.

If the Drive-train sounds like its in good running condition and everything else checks out I think is a reasonable price.
