99 MGM Radiator Hose Connector Snapped off!

I spun-out after hitting a patch of ice, & slammed into the median wall... Backward (rear bumper).
The only damage (that I know of) was the white plastic, male connector for the small hose at the top of the coolant reservoir snapped off inside the hose.
I purchased a new reservoir and in the process of replacing the old one, I snapped off the black plastic (fiberglass?) male connector on the OTHER end of the hose-- on the upper corner of the radiator!!!
Would it be possible for a novice to re-adhere said piece to the radiator? If so, what kind of adhesive should I use?
The way I see it, I could at least give it a try... The worst that can happen is I'll screw it up and have to replace the entire radiator-- Which is what i think I'm going to have to do, at this point.

I hear JB Weld works well in some applications. However every time I heard it or any type of plastic repair on plastic parts that go through heat cycles (i.e. the plastic intake manifold and the plastic radiator parts), it does not last long.
You can probably find a freshly wrecked Panther and pull the radiator from it for awfully cheap. Don't get one that's been sitting for too long as it will likely be rusted inside.
