Delahaye 135 PhantomRod

Hello guys,
this time I'm going to build something unusual. The kit itself is unusual, as was the car back then. I had it in my stash and never really liked it. I searched AF for buildings attempts and found only two:
One with nice body-mods (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=975940) and
one with insane detail (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=958977).
Mine will have neither of those two. No nice body modifications and no intricate details. Rather a quick'n'easy fun build of a strange subject.
Well, take a guess what I have in mind with these ingredients? :evillol:

More later.... hehe!

Yeah right... a 24 cylinder phantasy engine. Hence the name PhantomRod.
I have half a dozen of those CLKs in my stash and will probably never build them anyway. So I took the basic chassis from two of them and added a frame, made from Evergreen rod.

Hola! This should be interesting :)
I think the Delahaye is a good choice for something like this. It already looks cool :D

Allright, got some more work done - but after drilling about a million holes for wires and fuel lines I didn't touch the 0,5mm drill for a week!
