Pump on 1991

Where is the transmission pump on a 1991 Excel? Does it pump while the car is in neutral? I need to know if it will damage the trans to roll the car while running in neutral.

Typically the pumps for automatic transmissions (Hyundai's & everyone else's) are indside either next to the torque converter or at the far end of the transmission. They are almost always concentric with the center line of the transmission rotating parts, and they only turn when the torque converter is turning. So you can tow your car with the engine running in neutral, and it wont hurt it; except engines arent really meant to run at idle routinely for long periods.
